offers a splendid panorama from it’s
wisteria terrace and offers guests the opportunity
to taste the true flavours of the Chianti.
In the kitchen the chef Augusto Giusti reinterprets
traditional Tuscan recipes, creating an
array of evocative flavours, striving to
keep in line with the season specialities.

Osteria

Located
in the grounds of Catello San Donato Estate,
Osteria Le Braci wants to offer Tuscan cooking
by way of a simple menu with the chef cooking
steaks on the open grill in full view of the
diners. Guests have the possibility to choose
their steak and have it grilled to order.
There is a wide selction of typical and local
products on offer such as salami’s.
Hams and cheeses as well as the products of
the Castello. The ample terrace offers fabulous
views over the estate and the surroundings.
The estate’s products which include
Chianti Classico Wine, Grappa, Extra Virgin
Olive Oil, jams and marmelades, may all be
tasted and purchased from the Osteria Le Braci.
