You are in Tuscany, Italy, in the heart of the Chianti region, where there is an array of excellent wines and produce of exceptional quality. There is no better opportunity to learn how to prepare typical Tuscan dishes with the help of our kitchen staff.
You will be literarily “hands on” …ENJOY as you learn!
In a special area reserved exclusively to those of you who take this class, it will be possible to prepare with YOUR OWN hands a special Tuscan meal with the help of our kitchen staff.
At the end of the class, you will taste the dishes you have prepared, served outdoors on the magnificent panoramic terrace or, in case of bad weather, in the “Taverna” in front of the fireplace. A glass of “Castello di San Donato in Perano” wine will accompany your meal.
Morning classes: 10:30 am – 2 pm; minimum 2 maximum 6 people. Each participant will receive a Certificate of attendance to the cooking class.
