The enchanting Vignale panoramic restaurant, with access from the Relais and also from outside, is located in the medieval village of Radda in Chianti and is perfect for enjoying the true flavours of Tuscany in the setting of the Chianti Hills.
The Restaurant has a large outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful view. In winter or in the colder periods, the restaurant offers a comfy heated veranda for lunch, while at dinner in the tavern’s warm and welcoming historical rooms, you will find a large brazier that is lit every day of the year.
The Vignale Restaurant is closed on Thursdays.
All the dishes are made with passion, offering you a treat for the eyes and sensational aromas.
Among the many specialities offered by the chefs at the restaurant, there are: Crostini neri toscani (Tuscan black toasted bread), battuta di Chianina (pounded Chianina beef) and carpaccio di Chianina (thinly sliced Chianina beef) fresh pasta such as pici all’aglione (pici pasta with spicy garlic tomato sauce), lasagna with Chianina beef sauce, Chianti ravioli with ricotta cheese and spinach, spaghetti alla chitarra egg pasta and pappa al pomodoro (Tuscan bread soup).
Among the grilled specialities, the restaurant serves tagliata (sliced steak), costate di manzo (entrecôte steak) and, of course, many variations of Florentine steak.

To make your dining experience at Vignale even more unique, you can choose a selection of the best Chianti and Tuscan wines to accompany your dishes. The restaurant’s wine cellar boasts an exceptional wine list, with the most extensive assortment of wines available in the area.
As always, the Vignale Restaurant is open to external guests. A large car park is available.
