As you probably know, Tuscan cuisine is an explosion of strong and genuine flavours: grilled meat, cold cuts, cheeses and traditional pasta dishes with unique aromas. In summer, the Vignale Restaurant uses the magnificent panoramic terrace under the pergola, whilst in winter lunch will be served in the heated terrace veranda and dinner in the warm and welcoming rooms in the “Taverna”, where the grill is lit every day all year round.
Venison tartare and “Chianina” beef, home-made “pici” pasta, boar stew, prepared with passion and laced with superb visual and olfactory sensations that fuse with the simplicity and the elegance of the ambiance, accompanied by an excellent Gallo Nero Chianti – all dishes represent a memorable treat and a unique culinary experience.
