Fine wine produced by small wineries!

Be ready for a day entirely devoted to discovering fine wines: an exclusive guided tour of two small wineries in the Chianti Classico region: THE ANTICA FORNACE DI RIDOLFO belonging to the Cantalici Family and the CASANUOVA DI AMA belonging to the Bencini Family.

They are both local families who have farmed the land for generations and have always cultivated the vineyards with devotion and passion.

• Approximately 7 km from our Relais, you will have a guided tour of the Casanuova di Ama cellars, taste their wines accompanying a delicious lunch prepared with typical Chianti region products

• Departure from CASANUOVA DI AMA and travel for approx. 15 km (along an awesome scenic route) towards Castello di Meleto and the impressive Rocca di Castagnoli arriving at the Antica Fornace di Ridolfo belonging to the Cantalici Family.

Carlo, Daniele and all their staff will be waiting to offer you a taste of their wines and their extra virgin olive oil.

Itinerary

1. 12.30 pm, departure from the Relais Vignale
2. 12.45 pm, arrival at the Casanuova di Ama belonging to the Bencini Family for wine tasting and lunch
3. 3 pm, arrival at the Cantina l’Antica Fornace di Ridolfo belonging to the Cantalici Family, guided tour of the cellars and sampling of the wines they produce
4. 4.30 pm, departure from the Antica Fornace di Ridolfo, towards Castagnoli and arrival at the Relais Vignale after approx. 20 minutes.
